Reiki

For those wanting a deeper sense of balance, we offer Reiki in Reno as an optional add-on or a fully separate session. Reiki is never blended into skincare unless requested.

​Accessing Universal Life Force Energy and presenting it so that your body, mind, and spirit can use it as needed. Our approach allows the recipient to engage their body's natural healing process, sometimes receiving images, messages, seeing colors, or simply falling asleep to allow for complete relaxation. We facilitate a release during the healing process, which may continue days following the session.

Each session is guided creating a calm, restorative space where clients are allowed to release stagnant energy, realign their frequency, and reconnect with their natural state of balance.
 

Adina holds two Masters in Reiki with over a decade of experience. She follows the traditional teachings of Dr. Usui and maintains a deep respect for all healing practices. She is rooted in intuitive awareness and the intention to create a deep energetic harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. She holds space with sensitivity and respect for each person's unique healing journey, allowing them to awaken their innate intelligence to energetically heal, restore, and transform.
