Directions For Use:

After cleansing, apply to face and neck twice daily. Follow with serum. To use dropper, unscrew cap gand press button several times. Remove dropper from bottle and press button to dispense.

• Oxygenating Complex: Live Yeast Cell Derivative (LYCD) designed to help increase skin surface cell oxygenation and improve the efficacy of other skincare actives. This soothing antioxidant calms skin and reduces signs of sensitivity while enhancing dermal function.
• Niacinamide: Also known as Vitamin B3, this multi-functional skin-restoring ingredient visibly reduced enlarged pores, improves dull, uneven skin tone, boosts skin's barrier strength and hydration, and helps mitigate the negative effects of environmental stressors.
• Ectoin: Helps repair skin barrier, hydrates, soothes, and protects against damage caused by environmental stressors. Improves elasticity and the appearance of visible signs of skin aging.
• Jojoba Milk: A natural emollient from the Jojoba plant rich in Omega-9, jojoba milk helps immediately lock in moisture for dewier, healthier-looking skin.

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns for eligible products within three (3) days of original purchase or three (3) days of delivery receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, products must be:
  • Unopened and Unused: Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • In resalable condition: The packaging must not be damaged, marked, or tampered with.
  • Purchased directly from Renew and Nurture Skin Care: We cannot process returns from other retailers.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for returns: 
    • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
    • Samples, promotional items, and gift cards.
    • Products purchased during clearance events.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Please provide your order number, the name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• We will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and a return authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment for your records, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
• Please package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within five (5) business days.
• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping cost are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your oder.
• We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your return.
• We will provide a full refund or replacement once the damaged or incorrect item is returned to us. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
• We also reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed after 5 pm PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Handling of Damaged or Lost Packages:

• If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and the product inside. Contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for lost packages that are a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
• If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.

6. Address Accuracy:

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer provided incorrect information.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
