1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns for eligible products within three (3) days of original purchase or three (3) days of delivery receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and Unused: Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
- In resalable condition: The packaging must not be damaged, marked, or tampered with.
- Purchased directly from Renew and Nurture Skin Care: We cannot process returns from other retailers.
- The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Samples, promotional items, and gift cards.
- Products purchased during clearance events.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact us: RenewAndNurtureSkinCare@gmail.com with "Return" in subject line within two (2) days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number, the name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and a return authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment for your records, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
- Please package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within five (5) business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping cost are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you recieve a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your oder.
- We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your return.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement once the damaged or incorrect item is returned to us. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
7. Exceptions to the Policy:
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- We also reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.

5. Handling of Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and the product inside. Contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
- We are not responsible for lost packages that are a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
- If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.
6. Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer provided incorrect information.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
