1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns for eligible products within three (3) days of original purchase or three (3) days of delivery receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, products must be:
  • Unopened and Unused: Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • In resalable condition: The packaging must not be damaged, marked, or tampered with.
  • Purchased directly from Renew and Nurture Skin Care: We cannot process returns from other retailers.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for returns: 
    • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
    • Samples, promotional items, and gift cards.
    • Products purchased during clearance events.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Please contact us: RenewAndNurtureSkinCare@gmail.com with "Return" in subject line within two (2) days of receiving your order.
• Please provide your order number, the name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• We will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and a return authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment for your records, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
• Please package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within five (5) business days.
• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping cost are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your oder.
• We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your return.
• We will provide a full refund or replacement once the damaged or incorrect item is returned to us. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

7. Exceptions to the Policy:

• We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
• We also reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.

8. Legal Rights:

• This return and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

1. Order Processing: 

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 5 pm PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: USPS - Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.
  • Expedited Shipping: FedEx - Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method, and your shipping destination.
• You can review the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process before placing your order.
• We may offer free shipping on orders over a specific amount. 

4. Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable)
• You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

5. Handling of Damaged or Lost Packages:

• If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and the product inside. Contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for lost packages that are a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by customer.
• If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.

6. Address Accuracy:

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer provided incorrect information.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Changes to this Policy:

• We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon post on our website.
• We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
