Cancellation Policy

At Renew and Nurture Skin Care, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our practitioners and other clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. To secure your reservation, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the service total. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may also result in a partial or full service fee, depending on appointment length. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment in full to reserve future appointments. We understand that life happens — if an emergency arises, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate you with understanding and professionalism. Additional Booking Guidelines: New clients may be asked to complete a consultation or consent form before their first visit. Some services have specific pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results.
